1st Symposium NewSOL, University of Évora

The University of Évora hosted, on 1 February 2018, the first symposium of the NewSOL project organized by the Renewable Energy Chair. The event took place in auditorium 131 of Colégio Espírito Santo. It was an event open to the general public as a way of disseminating the project and its results to date.

During this symposium the various partners of the NewSOL project presented several topics related to ongoing research, such as innovations in molten salts such as heat transfer fluid, new materials for thermal storage or the inherent challenges of the project, namely thermo-linear technology.
