The first Steering Committee meeting of the NewSOL project took place on 4, 5 and 6 July 2017 in Oslo, Norway. The event took place at the headquarters of the company YARA, partner of the project.
The meeting discussed a number of issues, including:
- Overall evaluation of the first six months of the project by UEVORA (Project Coordinating Team);
- Analysis of the results so far of each Work Package with presentations of the various partners;
- Presentation of the EMDESK tool as a way of sharing data online between partners;
- Preparation of future work;
- Reassessment of potential project risks.
